Computicket refund

I requested a refund from Computicket due to the Smokie concert being postponed again, and I am unable to attend in December. These tickets were for my husbands birthday surprise 27th April. I have sent numerous emails and used numerous platforms to get my refund back, and not one person has engaged with me. Highly disappointed!! I want my money back as no service was provided, and I had to haul out more money to re-arrange my husbands surprise.
