Computicket really unfair

I am really disgusted been up since 5 am to be in line for 9 am open of tickets for tennis match coming to say Roger fedderer .Once I'm on I was placed on hold and told to be patient will be redirected shortly within minutes sold out.This is not my first bad experience with purchasing for sport events for my 7s rugby same thing happens and I had to buy a 150 worth ticket off someone for a grand.Until they introduced the registration and lottery system now it's more fair.as some ppl buy all tickets up just to resell at ridiculous prices. I feel like computicket needs a new system
