Computicket - poor customer service

Renewed vehicle license through Computicket. A service that should have been a convenient process is now a burden in my household. It is now more than a month and I still haven't received the license. Made numerous phone calls and the only response I received is we will look into it and give feedback. Promises, promises not kept by the agents. If I knew that I would have this experience with Computicket I would have not made use of their services. As a customer I'm frustrated who is going to reimburse all the airtime that I had use? Currently we are driving around with an licensed vehicle who is going to pay for any fines received. Computicket must remember that the transaction was handled by them and cannot by the 'Licensing department'. They need to get their ducks in a row and provide exceptional customer service.
