computicket parking for concerts is a disgrace

i bought an exclusive parking ticket for R350 for guns n roses last night . ref 4FHG3UV

couldnt use the parking ticket as all roads were blocked / congested ..when we got near ,we were told the parking was full ...??? what a disgrace .

really dissapointed and sad that we have no recourse , i would like a refund !!!

no organisation , no proper ushers , just congestion and chaos !a shameful mess .
