Computicket on-line very poor

The computicket website and purchasing system for on-line viewing must be the poorest in the whole world.

You buy the ticket on-line, pay for the ticket, but when it comes to the viewing you get mired down in passwords not being accepted (even though you know the password is correct, it having been stored in auto password recognition). You then request that they send you a new password.

Then they do not recognise the new password and or e-mail address, ad infinitum.

When you attempt contacting them in the dialogue box they so courteously provide, they ignore you point blank.

Poor indeed
