Computicket not willing to pay back for the refund on the event that didn't take place

I book an event for Tsakane Family funday for my family in Computicket and the day of the event I arrive at 10:15 they was no one at the place of the event.

I called Computicket they told me to wait until 10:30 they will get back to me but they didn't. I called them back at 11 and they said they are still investigating whether the event have been cancel. I told them am leaving because the event isn’t taking place but I want my refund. they promise to send me an email on that Monday of that week even today they never responded.
