Computicket not honoring ticket sale

<p>I purchased 5 flights in total (return between CPT-JNB for myself and my wife as well as a one way flight JNB-HKG for myself and my wife). The purchases were all succesfull and I even received reference numbers 4P5J29W, 4P5JU36, 4P5JUHS, 4P5JS27 and 4P5JR27 with proof of purchase, flights details summaries etc. etc. Today Computicket calls me and tells me due to an error on their side they cannot honor the purchase? I am sorry as it cannot be as easy as that. Can computicket please reconsider as I am extremly unhappy as this should fall outside the CPA. You cannot advertise something and when it is bought you just say sorry it was an error? </p>
