Computicket knows too take cash but cant refund

Good day so it happened i purchased a concert ticket which was on 8 August 2025 at vosloorus 2woshort One Man Show...fine drinks and snack were bought just too reach the event people were outside waiting for nothing no concert...I went same day to shoprite to get a refund we called compiticket the lady suggest we go get our refund on Monday since its a holiday.k me going to shoprite on Monday still no help the lady promise too attend me after 30 min I went home still no call.i send an email too compiticket. The respond was for me to go back and get my refund which is today.i get there we call compiticket same story I have too wait for what I dont understand. Next time do your homework before sell events tickets cause now the respond was they didnt get a message saying she show must refund us.please its not my job too call the host and ask for my money back I purchased that tickets with money I work hard for so dont take people for granted am not a stupid i want my money and bring it too my house my petrol and energy wont be taken for granted. Compiticket are selling bogus please attend a black child
