Computicket is so heartless and invasive of one's privacy

<p>I wanted to cancel a pair of concert tickets due to a medical condition. I was told by Computicket that they would only consider a full refund if I sent them proof of my medical condition. Is this not a violation of my right to privacy? Since when is Computicket a medical professional? Since when do I have to justify to you, Computicket, that I am unwell? How dare you? I asked politely for a refund. Your callousness and disrespect are shocking. Ticketpro, on the other hand, treated me with dignity and did not invade my privacy. They gave me a full refund on top of their amazing professionalism and decency. Wow, talk about customer service. You just victimised me, Computicket. </p>
