Computicket is nonsense (Respectfully)

I will try to be as professional as I can even though I am burning inside. I bought a return ticket from Grahamstown to East London and money was deducted from my account yet I did not get any confirmation sms or email. I called their call centre the whole day and no answer, i sent 10 emails and no response, i sent a whatsapp message on their whatsapp chat and no response now hellopeter is my last option. I would give computicket a zero star if it was possible(respectfully) but please all i ask for is my confirmation ticket or my money back.
