Computicket is non transparent and *********** staff employed

No stars! Booked my international flight in November 2019 however this agency employs *********** staff so I wasn’t given all the proper information and missed my flight to London due to the negligence of Computicket. Furthermore I app**** for an extension on my booking date which was extended by both Virgin Atlantic and Computicket and now with Covid and lockdowns I could not fly and requested a refund in April 2020. The agency is proving to be ***********, ineffective and refusing to honour the refund which according to the CPA I qualify for a refund. The Airline has proved to be dishonest and refusing to assist stating I must deal with the agency and Agency is stating that they waiting for feedback from Airlines and I can escalate the matter to Virgin Atlantic. Each one is passing the buck to each other. What is the point of booking with an agency if one can not count on them and every answer is “waiting for airline “ There response rate is extremely long, their emails are unprofessionally composed, and their Facebook messenger support is unreliable and unresponsive.
