Computicket is Broken

What a terrible experience... not only was it difficult booking the tickets online but my mom had a family emergency and could not go when I booked for her to go... I had to go into Checkers, who would not accept my electronic copy of my ticket, I had to waste money and paper by printing them, then I had to fight to get electronic copies to send to my mom as we live in different provinces, which I did not get in the end. THEN I was forced to book 4 seats instead of 2 as they would not refund me for downgrading seats, this is all that was available... Computicket’s entire booking system is clearly broken! Unfortunately they have a monopoly with the big shows and clearly don’t care about making the customers experience an easy and pleasant one... just a money printing machine with zero human appeal!
