Computicket is as compassionate as a brick

<p>I will only go to ticketpro shows from here on out. In 20 years of purchasing tickets through Computicket, I have never ever requested a refund. I understand their refund policies and have forfeited tickets if need be. However my family and I have been suffering from a flu that we have battled to shake and I felt that going to Disney on Ice like this would set us back health wise more than we could afford. For the first time in my life I kindly asked them for a refund. Neo was so quick to tell me he understood and how sorry he felt for me. However thats as far as it went. He told me he could postpone the tickets I tried to explain it would still bring the same problems. It is clear that computicket does NOT CARE about its clients. </p>
