Computicket is a useless system

Ordered tickets online were told to collect at Computicket agent (burned my fingers before with home printing not working)

Wasted my time and petrol to go to Checkers and be told theres no tickets on my card and invalid reference number. After 20 minutes the lady had to phone Computicket just so that we were told I must fetch the ticket at the venue!!!

Such bad service and a waste of my time. Computicket must be the worlds oldested tickening service that cannot even let you know where to fetch tickets.

This after I was thrown out of their archaic website that has problems with showing items in your basket and then at checkout telling you that the basket is empty. Had to wait till the time of my imaginary basket lapsed and rebook and then couldn’t find the same seats.

Oh how I wish we had TicketMaster from the States or UK here.
