Computicket is a ****!!!
So I booked a ticket for my mother last week online, money went off my bank account and never received reference for the ticket nor the ticket. Computicket contacts I can't get through and I resorted to email. The gave me a Ref. No to collect my money at Shoprite / Checkers but the store must first contact them, knowing very well their contact lines never get through.
SO IT IS SAFE TO SAY TO OTHERS... BE WARNED COMPUTICKET IS A ****!

07 Jan 2023, 11:18They did however shame get back to me after my Review here at Hello Peter and I did get my refund. It was however very difficult as I had to go to Checkers to collect it and Checkers had to contact them before they could give me a refund, and to get hold of computicket via phone is a nightmare... I had to contact computicket while in store so they had to get hold of their own call Centre operators.
Thank you computicket for my refund but I definitely would not recommend you to anyone.
