COMPUTICKET IS A PROBLEM

I made a payment via the Computicket website for Shoprite Vouchers and did not receive them. I have been trying to contact them for months to either get the vouchers or to refund the money but their customer service is absolutely pathetic. They no longer have chat services, you cant call in to customer service and emails are not effective if they even answer you at all!!! I will be complaining to the Ombudsman next!
