Computicket is a ****. On the 17th of January 2025, I booked return flights to George on Computicket online platform - the booking was never confirmed and the tickets were never issued. Despite escalating the matter, sending all the required information and proof of payment for the refund, they keep giving me a run around. They have been confirming with their finance department for weeks now, there's still no refund. Nicole Petersen on their email only replies when you make a follow.

I incurred additional costs as I had to again book the flight tickets closer to the time on another platform. It has been a major inconvenience, and they are not refunding me. Kindly refrain from using this **** platform - Computicket.
