Computicket is a ****

I booked a bus with computicket online and they didn't send me my bus ticket till the time the bus was leaving. Next morning they sent me reference told them that I was suppose to leave last night so i asked them for refund they told me to wait 14days and I did wait that 14 day after that they told to go to checkers for a refund and I didn't when I got there the checker lady called them but they didn't answer till today I have not received my refund. Worse part I have been using money to get my refund
