Computicket information confusing and misleading

I sent an email yesterday regarding the good food and wine show in Cape Town. I would like to see buddy valastro the celeb chef and the ticket is R250 then computicket also state that you need a general access ticket to gain access into the CTCCI this is misleading!!!! And confusing I then sent an email with still no proper response. Do I need to purchase 2 tickets one to get access and one for the celeb theatre or not! Tickets are getting sold out whilst I wait for a proper response and if I need 2 tickets why was this not included together. All I want is access into the celeb theatre but it doesn't help to buy that if I now must buy a ticket for access into the convention cente as well when I don't want to see evrytging else? Can someone give a proper response as I won't get any ticket soon!
