Computicket Incompetence

I bought tickets for Carling Blacklabel Cup. I went to 7 different stores for print out and guess what, printers were not working!!! I went to each one several times on different days and still no luck. Computicket is a ****. The employees of their outlets are ***********. I missed the event because I couldn't get tickets print outs.
