Computicket ignoring clients

There was an advert for Amanda Black event at Fourways altitude and the artist did not pitch. The staff informed us that we will be refunded by computicket as the event is cancelled. Since then I am being sent up and down, calling and even went to Shoprite and Checkers their agents, where they would call computicket again, ask for relevant ticket numbers and details then keep me onhold and hang up. I want a full refund of all 6 tickets as I paid for something that did not happen. It's unfair of computicket to give us bad service and then want to refer me to the promoter. I bought my ticket from computicket and I would like them to refund me and stop ignoring me as they have. Please assist on the matter.
