Computicket Horror story

I booked tickets to spoil my granddaughter for Christmas - Matilda R1560.00 for 3 tickets, only to realise that I had booked in Cape Town instead of Johannesburg. When I realised I called Computicket immediately. It was just under 2 hours from booking the tickets, only to be told I could not get a refund. After telling them that I would take this further, I was given 50% back. I was shocked and appalled that they could just take your money like that. They still took my hard earned money to the value of R780 and told me I would only get a refund after 7 days!!!! This was going to be my granddaughters treat for Christmas.
