Computicket has the most pathetic service delivery DO NOT SUPPORT them

There are X2 uncle jumbo Christmas shows x1 in kzn and x1 in PE unfortunately I didn't realize this until I booked my tickets for the show in PE.

I have tried to call and no answer, I have tried social media and no answer, when I emailed I was asked to provide proof of my new ticket or I won't get a refund when i asked why I was told that they will charge me 50% canceling fee for a ticket that's not in my city ????

The service is disgusting the staff qnd rude and have no way of dealing with you and the process is so tedious ! Rather don't even waste your time supporting this brand in 2024 with this pathetic service delivery there are many other companies that we van support that value us as consumers.
