Computicket false adverti*****t/ marketing

I booked a ticket through computicket online with Ilula bus services for 2 passengers which costed me R11000 for a bus that doesn't exist. The bus was meant to leave from Cape Town to Queens Town on the 5th of July 2024 at 7pm and it did not pitch and we were told by smd that the ilula buses will only be available from tomorrow evening without any valid explanation.

Their officials were no where to be found and both of my parents were stranded in Cape Town bus station without any help until 12 midnight.

I want a refund because I was de*****ed / false marketing.
