Computicket *****ed system

Hello. I have been trying to contact your number but can't get through the whole day. I have a huge problem i booked a bus( city to city) through your services and money was deducted from my account but when we got to the city to city offices to check in apparently our name was not there. I need a refund or a voucher as we had to purchase another ticket because you guys were not answering your phones and the person I had booked for had to leave . I'm so disappointed because I am not receiving any assistance and I had to spend double for single trip. I feel ****** because even on Facebook my Comments are being deleted.
