Computicket deterioration

I have noted the following deterioration of Computicket.

1) My Login has disappeared. So has that of my wife. They seem to have been reset to nothing. 2) The "Forgot your password" function does not work. I received my emails >30 minutes after requesting an email twice. 3) When booking for Adults and Children, our minor children are seated in totally different rows to us, the Adults. This never happened in the past. 4) There is no option to tick, to keep us together. Forcing us to go to Checkers to book for our show. 5) The previous function, where a person could choose seats has been removed from the website. 6) Our local Checkers has just as many problems as we do, to book tickets.

What has happened to the once excellent Computicket? Even the Mobi system has disappeared over time.
