Computicket Customer Services needs help

I have tried contacting Computicket for the past x2 days via email and telephonically . No response from emails submitted - Lines cut off . I kept all proof of various attempts at contacting Computicket. I received weekly vouchers yet Computicket rarely completes the full transaction. I am short of the vouchers I purchased.
