Computicket Consumer protection required

I cannot find my tickets for The Cure that I purchased online with Computicket. I may have accidently actually thrown them away in error when sorting my office out. Computicket refuse to print me new tickets. I find it incredible that I booked it online and have a record on their system with my ID and cellphone number for other purchases yet for security reasons I the consumer cannot simply get what I paid for reprinted. There is only 2 ticket numbers on my tickets and a certain amount of tickets that will be sold surely printing these two tickets is not that difficult. I paid for this show. There is absolutely no protection for consumers when using Computicket. What if I had a fire at home and had bought 20 tickets....well there goes that gig up in flames. There system is not customer friendly and they do not have our best interest at heart. No care or customer service in any way.
