The worst ticket collection experience ever. Shocking, misinformed staff member at Canal Walk was not equiped to do the job of printing my tickets. Shocking attitude, lazy and told me to print my tickets at home dispite the fact that the terms and conditions clearly state otherwise.

Three returning visits and 1 call to the service center later do I have my tickets. SHOCKING SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!!!

Cudos to the service agent at the Waterfront. A clued up and helpful individual was great to deal with.
