Computicket cannot be trusted

We went to Disney on Ice today at 2pm, when I booked the tickets on Computicket they did not say the 4 tickets are scattered all over the place, we bought the most expensive tickets and the ushers eventually made us sit at the worst seats just so we all 4 could sit together, how do they expect parents, 9 year old and 11 year old to all sit separately, this is unacceptable, this is why I am lodging a complaint at Hello Peter and wherever else I can against Computicket because Computicket is not transparent at the time of booking and does not emphasize that the seats are all separate, I have asked Computicket for a full refund urgently for this shocking service.
