Computicket Cancellation Nightmare

Computicket is an absolute disaster! I bought bus tickets via Shoprite in Balfour Mall on November 6th for my elderly parents to attend my wedding, only to learn on November 27th that Computicket canceled them just 6 minutes after booking I'm going to go to my without any notification whatsoever.My parents were stranded at the bus stop in pouring rain, vulnerable and helpless, while Intercape tried to help but couldn't fix the mess.Customer service is nonexistent I waited over 10 minutes on hold with no answer.This incompetence forced my parents to miss my wedding entirely. Avoid Computicket at all costs; they're unreliable and heartless, especially for seniors relying on them.
