Computicket - cancelation time and fee!!!

I have made a booking this morning for Disney on Ice next year, normally it falls in the school holidays, but what I didn't realise is that it is not in school holidays next year. When I wanted to cancel it later in the day, I need to pay 15% penalty.

Really, it is 8 months ahead of time!!!!
