Computicket CallPay EFT method flawed

Computicket........ a nightmare. After selecting your payment method as EFT, you are redirected within Computicket website, to CallPay. Remember, you only have 15 minutes to complete the payment or you lose your booking and your basket item is cancelled. I can assure you, that trying to pay using CallPay will result in ZERO activity. The site just sits and spins a wheel for the entire 15 minutes. I tried the Computicket MOBI app as well. Same thing. Why does industry still support this company? In the last 5 years, I cannot remember having a flawless booking and payment. GET IT RIGHT, COMPUTICKET!!!! Use a QR code, or use well-known web companies like Payfast, Paypal, PayU. Ai! Guess I'll have to get into my car, leave work and go to the local theatre. A waste of 30 minutes, in addition to the 30 wasted on their websites. (and writing this review)
