Computicket bus booking nightmare

Be aware that if you make use of their bus booking service, and you are experiencing any problems with the bus service, Computicket tells you that they can't assist, you need to contact the bus service directly! The reason I chose to make use of Computicket, was that I thought it's a reliable service and you'll get after sales service! Wrong. I've been struggling to get a refund from APM WC since 13 January 2023 and the matter are still not resolved? What's the use of them promoting businesses that can't refund you or assist you with customer queries? Then it should be removed from their system! Not sure if I want to use either services ever again!
