Computicket Bookings

I bought a ticket online on the 29th June 2022,they deducted money from my account and didn't send me an email with ticket reference number. Went to Shoprite Thembokwezi Mall Mandalay,and still wasn't assisted. I was told that I still need to pay for my ticket. I showed them my bank statement,they tried calling Computicket with no luck. I wrote email to them and sent them my bank statement as proof. I was rep**** by inexperienced person with bad grammar. I sent him my card number as requested. The next day I asked for feedback he said he forgot to forward to finance and thanks me for reminding him. How pathetic😡 of him. I got a reply after sending another email and he said money doesn't reflect on their side yet. Disgustingly so,am ****ed its not the first time buying ticket online,Iam yet still waiting. R765.00 for bus ticket gone with these ****** ******.
