If there was a way to give a lower rating I would.

I paid for the renewal of my car license and was email a confirmation that I would receive a call from their couriers shortly.

This was on the 22nd of February, I have still not heard a single thing.

So I do as any person would do and try and contact support, where I wait on call 4 times, just to be told to try again later because they are busy.

Then I try their webchat, where not 1 but 2 times I get connected to a agent, just to hear ****ing nothing. Now I am out more than a R1000 and I have an expired license, what the ****???
