Horrible company firstly their site sucks and it is an absolute nightmare trying to book a ticket secondly And the most important Issue I have with them is Their cancellation Fees ARE ****ing day light ******* I lost half my ticket fee for cancelling 24 days before nearly a month so it not like I cancelled 5 days or even two weeks before the event ' I can understand 10 to 25 percent max as the time gets closer to the event not to mention they put the 15 percent cancellation fee notice in big letters and put the 50 percent in tiny ass writing online so no one can see it I mean seriously 50 percent it should be ******* for them to do that so pls hellopeter send them this message from me to them ********** experiences I have had with them on multiple occasions when trying to book a ticket But This is the Final straw for me 50 percent Go **** Yourselves Computicket just because you are the only major ticket company apart from nutickets and the tiny web tickets company that do online tickets for events do not think you can charge what ever you like for cancellation fees I mean nuticket cancellation fees are 25 percent max and that is if you cancel your ticket 2 weeks before the event I am cancelling my ticket nearly a month before the event and you take 50 percent
