On 17 June 2018 I bought tickets online for an event with Computicket. I did not get option to select seats but a pair (2) tickets was purchased and paid for together. Common sense and in my error I assumed because it was purchased together the tickets seating would be next to each other.

When I went to checkers to collect tickets the store representative pointed out that the seats are not in fact seated next to each other? A pair of tickets purchased together was seated 32 seats apart!

Upon online purchase I did not get option to select my seating…instead Computicket automatically selected seating for me.

When I wanted to move the seating next to each other I could not because of availability and when I opted to downgrade to get tickets next to each other 3 months in advance was informed of penalty fee of 15% for total value of tickets. In other words Computicket opted to ***** 15% = R90 on a R100 downgraded ticket.

90% CHARGE FOR R100 LESS TICKET VALUE!??

What is more concerning is how a company like Checkers can partner with a organisation like Computicket that literally *****s money from their clients!!

Avoid doing your online tickets with them at all cost!
