Computicket and Translux - Beavis and Butthead

Translux customer service is THE WORST I have encountered in years. None of their listed contact numbers are in service, computicket through who I booked the ticket are not much better, I might add. They are equally unhelpful in a struggle that has been non-stop and unsuccessful for 24 hours solid. R500 odd that I have lost and could I'll afford to even more. But it does mean Translux will not see my custom again, and Computicket will get second thoughts when I travel again too.
