Computicket and their appalling service!

I had the most shocking service from Computicket. I purchased a Showmax Pro voucher from them half an hour before their COB which is 20h00. The last time I got a Showmax voucher was from Webtickets but for some reason I couldn't get one this time around, not sure why... But anyway opted for Computicket as a second choice, BIG MISTAKE. After not receiving my voucher no. immediately, I called them requesting one. Firstly had to wait for quite some time before any assistance, and once I was assisted. The agaent told me my query had been escalated, meaning I don't know what??? She said she would call me back which she never did and after calling again it went straight to after-hours / voice call message letting me know they're closed! Then this morning was assisted by another agent who made me wait on the phone for over 5mins before she came back with feedback that their IT department was experiencing problems. I'll never purchase anything online from Computicket EVER again.
