Computicket and KK Coaches ****

I had a very unpleasant encounter with Computicket and KK Coaches, I'm including computicket due to the fact that I booked the bus with or through them and they are claiming they can't be of assistance to me. I booked a return bus for the 7th of this month coming back on the 10th ok I got to Cape Town Station to my surprise the bus never pitched and they do not even have offices in Cape Town I had to cough up and additional R600 to book another bus. I thought when I atleast go to Shoprite they will be able to help BUT I got a cashier from Shoprite Delft Mall who was so nasty and unpleasant who said they don't advice people to book KK Coaches in the first place. Ok fine now my question is WHY are KK buses being advertised on the computicket app. I've lost close to R2000 in these tough time that's no 2cents
