Booked a bus on the 7th last month and my booking was unsuccessful, spoke to multiple people and all promised me a refund but still nothing, I have beeeeen talking to their agents for the longest of times, all say one thing but still no refund. R400 is a lot of money to just waste it like that on nonsense..
