I tried to buy two tickets online, and the money was debited from my account, but I never received the tickets. I called them once, and they answered, saying my tickets were “hanging” and that I would get them—but I still haven’t received anything. Today, I’ve been trying to call them since this morning, but no one is answering. Even now, I’ve tried calling again, and there’s still no response.
