Computicket ****

If I could give Computicket a zero star rating I definitely would. I bought 4 tickets for Exclusive White Picnic on their website and the purchase was successful. I did not receive any confirmation on SMS or email about my tickets and R1200 was deducted from my bank account. Called in and was told to send my Proof of Payment. Email came in and I was told that the money is reflecting on their side however, they cannot assist me with tickets because there is no reference number and they’ll refund me . Which reference number when they did not send it in the first place !!! Computicket is a ****. Never ever using them again.
