Computicket - 0 service delivery

Bought a bus ticket using computicket online platform. The platform shoes that the transaction was unsuccessful but the money was deducted of my account. I then set up a new transaction to buy a bus ticket. For the second time, computicket platform showed that the transaction was unsuccessful but the money was deducted of my account. On the third occasion I went directly to the bus company website and bought the ticket successfully. I contacted computicket support to have the first and second payment reversed, sent all the documents and I was told to go into checkers or Shoprite to process a refund. Went into checkers yesterday, spent a while there only to be told they could not pick up the transaction and I need to go directly to the bus company now. Contacted computicket again today, was told to go back to the checkers and call computicket from there. Went in at 10.18 a and started chatting computicket. At 12.24, the checkers computicket lady and I were not able to get through once to computicket. 3 hours of calling in a Checkers store calling computicket and no one answers. What the heck. What kind of operation are you guys running. Sent emails to computicket support. No response. What a waste of two days. I will never use computicket services again.
