Compu ticket ridiculous situation (Katy Perry)

Very dissapointed by the service from Computicket!

We baught tickets to Katy Perry for my little sisters birthday a few months ago. I then recieved a call to say my seats need to be booked and that i cant sit next to her. So she is now expected to sit next to a bunch of strangers - she is 9 years old??

When asking compu ticket what we can do they then said I have to purchase different tickets which will be alot extra.

This is not my fault, we baught tickets within our means and expected that logic would be that two tickets baught together would sit together?

When standing at compu ticket asking for assistance i was literally told there is nothing that can be done.

This is extremely unprofessional and unfair to expect a 9 year old to sit by herself no where near me?

Incredibly disappointed by this!!
