Compticket does not want to refund me

i bought a bus ticket online on Thursday 31st October to Durban to travel on the 1st of November, when i got to the bus service i was unable to board a bus because i was told that the ticket was canceled, i showed them POP showing that money went out and no reversal on my side but they told me that Computicket was a 3rd party and i need to buy a new ticket and take it up with Computicket, which i did, on Sunday the 3rd of November i went to Shoprite Phoenix and they gave me number to call ***) i called and spoke to a lady that told me to send an email to *** and my query would be resolved with 24hours, i sent an email with everything that was requesed including payment ref number and till this day noone as called or contacted me and when i call i explain my story and the line suddenly goes mute, till this day i have not received my money back
