Complaint refund refusal

I am extremely dissatisfied with the appalling service I have received. I was informed that I would be charged a specific cancellation fee, yet despite this, Computicket is now refusing to process my refund. This conduct is dishonest, misleading, and highly unprofessional.

I expect this matter to be rectified immediately. Failure to honor the refund as initially communicated will leave me with no choice but to escalate this issue to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

This experience has been deeply frustrating, and I will no longer be making use of Computicket’s services.
