Complain

I was very disappointed on the event that was hosted on the 30th of March 2024 that took place at Carnival City, Big Top Arena. The Moja Easter Gopsel Festival, we bought tickets of R295.00 where we were located at Block L on seats 42 and 43. Only to find that there's only seat number 42 and 43 was not there and but I couldn't understand why was it selected from the first place if it wasn't there. It was very inconveniencing because we went to the customer care and they couldn't help us. Mind you, we were already there and bought snacks to enjoy the show only to find that we don't have seats that time we paid for those seats. From the organizers to everyone who was responsible for that event they disappointed us couz there was no understandable explanation instead we were given email addresses to send emails and state our complaints while we were suppose to be enjoying the show we paid for. This is not fair at all and we feel like we deserve answers
