Cherckers Virtual Vouchers

I need someone to help me, please!! We (church in Kuilsriver) bought R13 250 of Checkers virtual vouchers on Thursday via Computicket doing an EFT through Computickets system. You are up to date refusing to send the vouchers to our 18 families that are in desperate need of food. The 2 support ladies up to yesterday tried everything to help me but they say although IT traced the money in computicets account they are still not submitting the vouchers to our families. One of the 2 ladies said they will give me feedback last night, No one is answering my calls this morning. PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP, THESE PEOPLE NEED FOOD. Bridgette and Letlhogonolo are the ladies that tried to help but with no success up to now.
